I offer in-person sessions in Flagstaff, as well as telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in Arizona.

Yes. I offer a free 15–20 minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to briefly talk about what you’re looking for and see if working together feels like a good fit.

For private pay, I offer a sliding scale between $150–$250, depending on what feels manageable.

If cost is a concern, feel free to mention that—we can talk through options.

I accept several major insurance plans, including BCBS, Aetna, Humana, United, UMR, and Medicare.

If you have questions about coverage, we can discuss that during the consultation.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. From there, we can adjust the frequency depending on your needs and what feels helpful.

I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we spend time understanding what’s underneath—how patterns developed and what may be contributing to them now. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness when appropriate.

That’s not uncommon.

Different therapists and approaches can lead to very different experiences. If previous therapy hasn’t been helpful, we can take time to understand what didn’t work and approach things differently
